Terms of Service
Last updated: May 13, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bramble (the “Service”), operated by Bramble (“Bramble,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@heybramble.co if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual-property rights.
- Attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service or the underlying infrastructure.
- Use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, or generate content that exploits or harms minors.
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties outside your own workspace without our written consent.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or upload in Bramble (quotes, projects, customer details, materials, and similar). You grant Bramble a limited licence to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you enter, and for obtaining any consents required to share third-party information (such as your customers’ details) with Bramble.
AI features
Bramble uses third-party large-language-model APIs to generate quoting suggestions, copy, and other assistive output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it, sending it to a customer, or quoting a price. Bramble does not warrant that AI output is fit for any particular purpose.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. We use Stripe to process payments; your card details are handled directly by Stripe under their terms. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice; changes do not affect amounts already charged.
Free trials
If you start a free trial, you may use the Service without payment for the trial period stated at signup. We may end or modify free trials at any time. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your account will convert to a paid subscription at the applicable rate.
Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if your payment fails and is not cured, or if we are required to do so by law.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Bramble and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms; we do not transfer any other rights to you.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available and performant, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, change or discontinue features, and otherwise modify the Service over time.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Bramble does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or that AI output will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bramble’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid Bramble in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred pounds (£100). Bramble will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bramble harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless another forum is required by applicable consumer law.
