Privacy Policy

Last updated: May 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Bramble (“Bramble,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use our website at heybramble.co and the Bramble application at app.heybramble.co (together, the “Service”).

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

  • Information you provide. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any password or workspace details you enter. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account.
  • Information you create. Quotes, projects, customer details, materials libraries, and other content you store in Bramble.
  • Information we collect automatically. Standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) and anonymised product analytics so we can understand how the Service is used.

How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and keep your account and workspace secure.
  • To process payments and manage your subscription.
  • To send transactional emails (sign-in links, receipts, important account notices).
  • To respond to your support requests and to communicate product updates you have opted into.
  • To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse of the Service.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with vendors who help us run the Service, and only to the extent they need to do so:

  • Supabase— database and authentication hosting.
  • Vercel— application hosting and content delivery.
  • Stripe— payment processing and subscription billing. Bramble never stores your full card number.
  • Resend— transactional email delivery.
  • PostHog— product analytics and feature flagging.
  • AI service providers— we use third-party large-language-model APIs to power Bramble’s quoting and assistant features. Content sent to these providers is used to generate responses for you and is not used to train their models.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Bramble, our users, or others.

Google user data

If you sign in with Google, Bramble accesses the basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) that you authorise during Google’s consent screen. We use this information solely to create and maintain your Bramble account. We do not use Google user data to serve advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers listed above.

Data retention

We retain your account information and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, row-level access controls in our database, and access logging. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain uses of it. You can exercise most of these rights from within your account settings, or by emailing privacy@heybramble.co.

Children

Bramble is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-app.
